IMPT NOTE: START THIS PROCESS RIGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED ➤ AFTER YOU BRUSHED YOUR TEETH AND KNOW YOU WILL NOT BE UNDER WATER OR DOING ANYTHING WHERE YOUR HANDS COULD GET WET!!! This is the MOST important step!!! Allow the glue to adhesive while you sleep and that will ensure them to stay longer!!! Also try not to run your hands through your hair a lot. If you are a picker or one to constantly play with your hair I would not recommend these. Go with the glue version.
STEP 1:
- Take all the nails our and lay them on a flat surface.
- Start fitting them to your nails and map them out before taking off the sticker backs.
- Put away the ones you don't use in either a zip lock bag or pill case type container. This way you don't confuse yourself.
- File the tips if necessary before your put them on. This will assure you won't mess up the adhesive or put too much strain on the adhesive.
STEP 2:
- Clean up your cuticiles with whatever method works for you. I personally love this product called Be Natural Cuticle Eliminator. It’s by far the best one to really clean them up and not be so harsh on your skin. Shop this item here: https://amzn.to/3v9yecJ
- Gently Push down your cuticles. Allows the impress nail to have the best most secure fit.
- If you already have decent length of nails make they are filed down to the bed so that it won’t lift the fake nail.
- Wash your hands really good. I even found washing them with my dawn soap was even better. You won’t them dried out a litlle so the glue sticks the best. Too many oils can cause the glue to no adhesive as well. (DO NOT USE ANY LOTIONS AFTER OR BEFORE PLACING NAILS ON)
STEP 3:
- Use the wipe they give you that has alcohol on it to clean your nails. If you have alcohol at home try using that instead on a cotton pad. For me that was better.

- Gently take a nail file and just go over the bed of your nail gently to cause it to look a little rough. That will really help the nail glue adhesive and stay longer.
- Then start with your one pinky first and remove the sticker back. Once it’s placed you don’t want to keep moving it around or may not even be able to so really make sure it’s straight and place down from the cuticle up almost pushing into the cuticle to cup the nail bed. Don’t press all the way down until you are sure that you have the nail straight and then starting pressing hard and I personally press down for a good 30-60 seconds working it all over the nail bed to assure it’s meshing well with my finger and nailbed. Then do the other pinky same method.
- Start with your pinkies and work in making your index finger and thumbs the last. Once you’ve done that DO NOT fuss with them. Do NOT go under water. If you use the restroom after try to either use some type of antibacterial soap avoiding nails or don’t drink too much water before this process. Once you wake up you’re fine.
REMOVAL:
DO NOT JUST START POPPING THEM OFF IF THEY ARE READY TO COME OFF. LET THEM COME OFF ON THEIR OWN!
